The results of
a six week study where participants practiced yoga over their lunch hour at work, reported marked improvements in feelings of clear-mindedness, composure, elation, energy, confidence,
increased life purpose and satisfaction, and feelings of greater self-confidence during stressful situations (Hartfiel, Havenhad, Khalsa, Clarke, and Krayer, Scand J Work Environ
Health. 2011 Jan;37(1):70-6. Epub 2010 Apr 6).
Pulling from her years of experience in the healthcare and business fields, Bridget founded TGIYoga in 2011, providing
businesses with on-site yoga and meditation classes. Her philosophy, that by providing employees with the necessary tools
to effectively deal with stress and anxiety, empowers the individual to make better decisions. By providing individuals with
these opportunities to learn at work, employees are more healthy, resilient, and capable. Businesses benefit from increased
productivity and thrive with a positive culture and happier employees.
